From signup to scan
Two paths, same idea: issue a QR pass, then verify it at the gate — with full details only for signed-in staff.
Choose your path
An organization admin creates the workplace account. Username and password appear once on the confirmation screen — copy them; we don’t email them.
Open Settings and add the security / admin phone. That’s the number shown when someone scans a QR without being signed in — so the gate always has a callback.
Under Users, add employees with name, ID, building, company, role, vehicle, and RC. Those fields appear when an authorized viewer scans the sticker.
In Stickers, assign numbers, generate tokens, and print or download designs. Place them on windshields or hang tags — each QR opens a live check for that pass.
Signed-in staff from the same organization see the full holder profile. Everyone else sees only your security phone — privacy stays under your control.
Optional location sharing on the scan page is off by default. Admins see aggregate counts under Scan analytics.

No company required. Use a personal parking account when you only need a pass for yourself — residents, contractors, or drivers without a central HR team.
Enter your name, username, password, and vehicle details (optional mobile). Credentials appear once after signup — store them safely.
Same tools, tuned for one person: My profile for details, Settings for the public contact, and Stickers for your permit.
Generate your sticker, then print or download the design. Keep vehicle and RC info up to date under My profile.
Authorized viewers can see your permit details. Others typically see your security phone from Settings — and optionally your mobile when you’ve added it for quick callbacks.
